Want structure
Need a routine you can keep

Use this as a practical first step.

If a movement feels painful, stop and check with a qualified healthcare provider. If you want help applying this to your body, book a consult.

01. Learn the main patterns

Focus on squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, brace and rotate. You do not need dozens of exercises before these feel familiar.

02. Keep the first plan repeatable

Choose a plan you can repeat for four to six weeks. Repetition helps you learn form, notice progress and cut down on decisions.

03. Use effort you can recover from

Most beginner sets should end with a little left in the tank. You should feel challenged, not flattened.

04. Track a few useful things

Write down exercises, weights, reps and how the session felt. Simple notes are enough.

05. Progress one variable at a time

Add a little weight, a rep, a set, or better control. Do not change everything at once.
